Paul Jay

I started in radio around 1968/1969 when I joined Radio 252, when I met Bert Williams. From then on I have been a DJ on all the stations Bert has been involved with.

I joined MAR in 1978 and stayed with them for about 3 years.

In the late 80’s I was on Merseywaves. I remember one day offering one of the guys from the DTI a light. Happy days.

I re-joined MAR in 2009 and started the Paul Jay Today show in Feb 2010.

I must say a huge big thank you to Sueflay for all her help over the last 28 years for answering the phones, making drinks and support.

Goodbye

Sadly Paul and the lovely Sueflay are broadcasting from somewhere in a different dimension now.

Both are gone, but they will never be forgotten
